At ISS, we believe in bringing ever more value to our customers through truly collaborative partnerships. This is exemplified by our Vested partnership with EY to deliver workplaces services to EY sites across the Nordics.
Vested – a methodology for creating highly collaborative win-win business relationships – was developed out of research at the University of Tennessee. The Vested way of working revolutionises the traditionally transactional buyer-supplier relationship, creating a highly collaborative business relationship where both sides are equally committed to the other’s success.
EY partnered with ISS on a Vested contract to adopt a strategic approach to facilities management - helping them to deliver the best workplace services to EY Nordics. Today, the partnership spans +100 locations across the region - enabling ISS to provide exceptional integrated facilities management services.
A win-win partnership
The growing demand to attract and retain top talent, combined with the rising importance of sustainability, has led to an increase in organisations seeking closer collaborations with their facilities management partners.
Building on the success of the collaboration, the University of Tennessee has released a whitepaper to capture the key learnings and results of the exemplary ISS x EY contract.
From agreed desired outcomes to better organisational alignment and an incentivised pricing model, the benefits of the partnership are clear. After three years of collaboration, EY experienced its highest end-user satisfaction since the start of the partnership and both sides are benefitting from significant cost efficiencies and productivity gains.
