Global Director Human Rights and Social Impact at Ingka Group

Julia Olofsson

Julia Olofsson is the Global Director Human Rights and Social Impact at Ingka Group where she is responsible for setting up and facilitating the Ingka Group strategic direction of human rights and social impact across the company. Julia started her IKEA career in 2011 in the global sustainability team and has during the years held different roles such as senior advisor on sustainability and public affairs as well as project manager for decent work in supply chains in South-East Asia. Julia has also worked as a senior child rights and business officer at UNICEF Sweden where she led the development and implementation of the child rights and business agenda in the organisation. She served as Co-Chair of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on Human Rights 2020-22.

Group CEO, ISS

Kasper Fangel

Kasper Fangel joined ISS in 2009 and has since embarked on an impressive journey within the enterprise, holding various key finance positions. This progression culminated in his appointment as Group CFO in 2020 and Group CEO in 2023. Kasper is deeply committed to advancing the social sustainability agenda within ISS, recognizing the responsibility towards its more than 350,000 employees and their families, whose lives are touched by ISS on a daily basis. This commitment is demonstrated, among other things, through his active involvement in driving ISS’s Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging efforts and his membership of the Danish Diversity Council. Kasper holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Auditing, from Copenhagen Business School.

Ingrid Uppelschoten Snelderwaard

First Commercial, second Operations, and now DE&I, since October of 2022, Ingrid has been A. P. Moller-Maersk’s Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer, as well as the trusted people business partner to both the Chief People Officer and the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Ingrid leads initiatives to foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion at Maersk, and is dedicated to driving organizational excellence and creating a work environment where all colleagues feel empowered to be their authentic selves. Her strategic approach to aligning HR initiatives with business objectives has been instrumental in strengthening diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.

Ken's leadership has left an indelible mark, inspiring others to embrace diversity and take on leadership roles. Under his guidance, the number of openly LGBTQ+ executives at JPMorgan Chase has soared, reflecting his ability to inspire meaningful change and foster inclusive environments.

Renata Greenberg

Renata leads BSR’s Nordic practice, guiding diverse sectors in adopting progressive sustainability practices. With over 20 years of experience in global value chains, she has worked with companies like A.P. Møller - Mærsk, Coloplast, and Danske Bank, enhancing sustainability, ESG reporting, and human rights policies. Renata has served on boards including Maersk and IKEA Industry, shaping UN Sustainable Development Goals and participating in the UN Global Compact Advisory Group on Supply Chain Sustainability. She is a First Mover Fellow with the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society, holding degrees in shipping and logistics, philosophy, strategic organizational leadership, and executive board programs.

Margot Slattery

Margot is a prominent figure in promoting diversity and inclusion. She directs and implements ISS’s DIB strategies across five global dimensions, advocating for workplace standards and disability inclusion. Margot’s career began as a chef, and she later became CEO of Sodexo Ireland before being appointed Global Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer for Sodexo Group in 2019. She has received numerous awards and recognitions, including being named one of the WXN 25 Most Powerful Women in Ireland and featuring in the Financial Times' Top 100 OUTstanding LGBT Business Leaders for four years in a row. Margot is also a member of the Workplace Pride Council and was shortlisted for the Diva Awards and the IMAGE PwC 2023 Businesswoman of the Year Awards - Diversity and Inclusion Businesswoman of the Year.

Liz Benison

Liz assumed the role of Head of People & Culture Officer and established the Transformation Office for the ISS Group starting October 1st, 2023, after joining as CEO for the UK&I business on May 1st, 2021. With extensive leadership experience in Business Services and Outsourcing, including roles at Arriva PLC, Serco, CSC (now part of DXC), Capgemini, and Xansa (now part of Sopra Steria), Liz is deeply committed to gender diversity, inclusion, and corporate responsibility, particularly regarding climate change. She holds a BEng. in Production Engineering and Management from Nottingham University and is a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute.
