With ISS as a partner, the client derived 21% savings from single versus multiple providers, achieved 17 LEED and WELL certifications, rolled-out an energy optimization program targeting 104 GWh of savings over five years, and undertook zero waste-related projects targeting TRUE Zero Waste Certification.
