ISS is excited to announce the addition of two accomplished leaders to our senior leadership team in North America: Tim Dismond, Chief Operating Officer, and Marjorie McCarthy, Chief Marketing Officer. Both Tim and Marjorie bring extensive experience from the commercial real estate and facilities management sectors, along with proven track records for driving growth and innovation.
We caught up with Tim and Marjorie to hear their thoughts as they step into their new roles and find out what excites them most about joining ISS.
What excites you about joining ISS?
I’m excited to build on the existing culture of community and connection at ISS. Right now, the organization has tremendous potential for growth and opportunities to strengthen our client partnerships. Most of all, our operational excellence hinges on our people. By continuing to develop a culture of belonging and cohesive teams built on strong relationships, our growth potential is limitless.
High standards in service delivery are driven by the sense of purpose embodied by our teams. I want to focus on empowering our people with the resources and support they need to be at their best. When employees feel value and connected to the organization, we can deliver exceptional outcomes that not only meet client needs, but also facilitate long-term partnerships.
I’m also passionate about innovation and using technology to develop smarter, more efficient processes. At ISS, we have a massive opportunity to leverage data and technology to enhance our service offering and boost the workplace experience for our clients. I look forward to working alongside this talented team to continue this important work and push past the boundaries of what is possible in our industry.
