ISS, like many other New Zealand employers have been addressing issues with calculations of leave payment to make sure it's compliant with the Holidays Act 2003.

If you worked for ISS at any time between 31 May 2015 to November 19, 2023, you may have been paid incorrectly for your leave. We’re committed to addressing these issues, to ensure current and former ISS placemakers receive their correct leave entitlements.

ISS engaged a specialist third party to conduct a thorough review of historical payroll data to identify any differences in the way we have been calculating your entitlements.

We are contacting former ISS placemakers from 1 May 2024 who are entitled to a payment.
