As a workplace of belonging, ISS proudly employs veterans across our essential services in industries nationwide. Globally, we have a strong history of employing veterans, especially in the UK. We will continue to grow this community of support for citizens, who have served or who are serving as reservists, but now seek to bring their unique skills and passion to make the world work better at ISS.

Our Gold Pledge partnership with Soldier On highlights our dedication to veteran-friendly recruitment, retention and workplace culture now and in the future. As a national charity, Soldier On empowers serving and ex-serving Australian Defence Force personnel and their families through health and wellbeing services, employment support, education and social connection.

An important aspect to their support services is the provision of employment support, education and training opportunities, helping veterans and their family members throughout their career transition, to secure meaningful long-term employment.

Stuart Rose, CEO, ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand said, "As a Solder On Gold Pledge Partner, we look forward to building purposeful connections with the Australian veteran community. Our Pledge highlights our dedication to veteran-friendly recruitment, retention and workplace culture now and in the future."

Soldier On CEO, Amy Cooper, said the charity was delighted to welcome ISS as a Gold Pledge Partner. "Transitioning from the ADF to civilian life can challenge people in many ways. Finding meaningful civilian employment that supports and values them as veterans is incredibly helpful in that process. We’re thrilled to see ISS demonstrate its incredible commitment to being a veteran-supportive employer by signing on as a Pledge Partner."

At ISS, recruiting top talent is one of our key priorities and we recognise the experience, capabilities and values that veterans and their families can share with an organisation. We offer a breadth of employment opportunities across sectors from Aviation to Healthcare and Education to Energy and Resources, in Australia and New Zealand.
