ISS Pacific is a people organisation comprising of more than 12,000 unique individuals. We view inclusion and diversity in the broadest sense, encompassing age, gender, ethnicity, nationality, culture, language, religion, sexual orientation, physical ability, experience and caring commitments.                                                                                                                                      In 2016, ISS began the WGEA Employer of Choice for Gender Equality (EOCGE) citation process with the Australian Government, to formalise our commitment to achieving gender balance in our workplace. Driving our journey is our I&D Committee, which includes our CEO and members of our Leadership team, dedicated to embedding our WGEA goals within the ISS culture and establishing a broader focus on equity and opportunity for everyone in our organisation.
