ISS and Northern Health extend partnership with two-year contract renewal

ISS is pleased to announce the early renewal of its partnership with Northern Health, extending our collaboration until 2027.

This two-year extension reflects Northern Health’s confidence in our ability to deliver service excellence and highlights the ongoing success of this valued partnership.

Our partnership with Northern Health is founded on a shared commitment to quality care and our collaborative ‘One Team’ approach. Together, we’ve delivered impactful initiatives such as mass vaccination clinics and ward assistance projects and continually strive to improve our services, particularly in food services, dietetics and aged care. ISS provides essential services across four major hospitals: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, and Craigieburn Centre, ensuring the highest standards of cleaning and catering to support patient care and staff well-being.

As part of the renewed agreement, ISS will continue to drive operational improvements, enhance safety protocols and optimise waste management through real-time analytics. Working with Northern Health’s sustainability representatives, we will drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices to reduce food and clinical waste while setting ambitious sustainability goals. In partnership with Northern Health’s HSEQ teams, we are also strengthening safety measures to protect patients, staff and visitors.
