ISS celebrates expanded Melbourne Airport aviation security partnership with APAM
ISS is delighted to celebrate the first two months of our expanded, longstanding partnership with Australia Pacific Airports Melbourne (APAM), now including a new aviation security contract for Melbourne Airport’s Terminal 1.
Since 2001, ISS has proudly delivered aviation security services across Melbourne Airport’s Terminals 2, 3 and 4, consistently supporting a safe and seamless experience for travellers. This new contract builds on ISS’ legacy of trusted service at Melbourne Airport, marking another chapter in our commitment to security excellence.
The partnership with APAM reflects a mutual dedication to upholding the highest standards of security and service, and a shared focus on delivering an exceptional passenger experience. Under the new agreement, ISS is delighted to welcome new partner, Qantas, as they continue safeguarding the airport’s passengers, staff and infrastructure – an essential responsibility as Melbourne Airport remains recognised as the ‘Best Airport in Australia and the Pacific,’ most recently awarded by Skytrax in 2024.
The ISS team’s dedication to safety and quality was instrumental in securing this new contract.
This collaboration underscores ISS’ leadership in the aviation sector, recognised for upholding the highest standards of safety and service. We are excited to further strengthen our partnership with APAM to continue creating a secure, welcoming environment and ensuring seamless journeys for all passengers at Melbourne Airport.
Phil Brezzo, ISS Pacific Segment Director, Transport & Infrastructure, said:
“This contract is a testament to our team’s dedication and their commitment to maintaining Melbourne Airport’s reputation for security excellence.
“We look forward to continuing our collaboration with APAM to deliver a safe, efficient and positive traveller experience for everyone at Melbourne Airport.”
