Professional Services Sector – Leaders Conference
It’s a first! Professional Services held their first Leadership Conference this week as they shared a new chapter in their journey together
Introducing the theme of ‘Our Purpose, Our People, Our Passion’, Managing Director, Jane Jones, opened the day with an inspiring message about delivering great service experiences to their clients and empowering everyone in the room that ‘the difference between good and great is you’.
The day brought together over 150 people from across the Professional Services sector whose clients include some of the leading brands in this sector. The Exec Board and members of the SLT also attended to meet colleagues, provide updates about the business and present the awards.
It was a packed agenda, with Health and Safety starting the day with a personal story from HSEQ lead, Nimesh Patel, followed by a workshop on how storytelling can help growth and client engagement, teamwork and a business update from COO Andy Chappell. There were also discussions around key areas such as health and safety, employee engagement, customer engagement and excellence.
Colleagues enjoyed a day of networking, sharing ideas and hearing stories of excellence from each other as well as learnings to take back to their teams. They also celebrated their outstanding recent success which included new contracts and extensions with a number of clients.
