ISS to sell its UK Landscaping Business
ISS, a global leading facility services provider, focuses on core business through divestment of landscaping activities
London, February 23rd 2018 - ISS UK Limited today announced it has successfully exchanged contracts to sell its Landscaping Business to Tivoli Group Limited, a company backed by Sullivan Street Partners. The divestment is in line with ISS’ overall strategy and will see the transfer of around 1,100 operational staff and support functions to Sullivan Street Partners.
Matthew Brabin, ISS UK and Ireland CEO comments, “This is a strategic divestment by ISS and will allow us to focus on our core services to our core clients, building on our Key Accounts approach.”
Layton Tamberlin, a Director at Tivoli Group states, “We have been highly attracted to the grounds maintenance market for some time and the business within ISS provides a fantastic base from which to grow. We are looking forward to meeting the transferring staff and working with them to make Tivoli a market leading independent grounds maintenance business in the UK.”
Tivoli Group Limited will be focused on excellence in Grounds Maintenance for public sector, defence and corporate clients across the UK. The business will remain connected to ISS through their many shared clients.

The transaction remains subject to satisfaction of certain conditions precedent customary in a transaction of this nature, including anti-trust approval.
