In the video, the team explain what pronouns are and we can all state our pronouns to help make the workplace more inclusive.

Referring to people by the pronouns they determine for themselves is basic to human dignity. Being referred to by the wrong pronouns particularly affects transgender and gender nonconforming people.

Rainbow families, like all families, come in all shapes and sizes. They include same-sex families and gender-diverse families. In this short film, two ISS colleagues Matthew Drinkwater and Kat Parsons talk to Penny Fulker about their experiences of being a rainbow family and how we can all support rainbow families like theirs.
