The global Pride Employee Resource Group (ERG) is made up of volunteers from around the world who are creating a safe, inclusive workplace for LGBTQI+ colleagues.

We've got some big goals

Consisting of LGBTQI+ colleagues and allies, the global Pride ERG educates, drives change and facilitates sharing experiences. Here are some of the things we're working on

Global Lighthouse House 

Creating a framework for accounts to achieve lighthouse status, demonstrating their actions to ensure equality and inclusion for LGBTQI+ colleagues.

Campaigns

Running campaigns and events that celebrate our LGBTQI+ colleagues and raise awareness of prevalent issues.

Network

Building a truly global network of LGBTQI+ colleagues and allies.

Policies

Reviewing and implementing policies that formalise and underpin how we operate.

UN Business Standards

Adopting the UN Business Standards for tackling discrimination against LGBTQI+ people.

Training

Implementing mandatory training modules for senior leaders.
