In addition to daily cleaning services, ISS team also has a transportation team to provide patient transport and delivery of medicines and specimens. At present, the team has nearly 70 members. Since 2022, the team has transported 2,221,615 medicines, 1,777,751 specimens, 178,640 tubes of nucleic acid, and 294,290 patients. In the whole process, zero complaints and zero major errors have been made. Through high-quality transportation service, medical staff can be freed from unrelated work and concentrate on patient treatment, continuously promoting the work level of the hospital.
Quick response --- A team that can stand out
During the most difficult period of time, Huashan Hospital not only had to do a good job in daily epidemic prevention, but also undertook the medical security work for major events such as CIIE. In the face of major and unexpected situations, ISS team responded quickly, established an emergency team, and undertook the distribution of meals, material transport and disinfection work in the affected areas.
During the lockdown of the hospital from March to May, under the leadership of the project manager, several emergency teams such as working team, preparatory team and ward team were established, all team members stay on duty to do a good job in cleaning, disinfection and waste transfer. During the period, ISS team was responsible for more than 800 disinfections, and more than 55,000 meals were delivered to the outpatient and emergency department, providing intimate services for doctors and patients, and ensuring the normal operation of the hospital.
In October, one of the team member joined the medical team of Huashan Hospital to assist Xinjiang and participated in logistics support work. He is still fighting on the front line of the epidemic prevention.
