According to data released in 2021, subway accounted for more than 60% of the public transportation in Shenzhen. Shenzhen North Station carries the largest single-day passengers, with a passenger flow of 340,000. It is the junction of MTR Shenzhen Line 4, Line 5 and Line 6. Among which, the station of Line 4 not only undertakes passenger flow of North Railway Station, but also shoulders daily peak commuting transfers.
ISS has supported the operation of MTR Shenzhen Line 4 since 2011. Cooperating with the station to carry out rail transit operations, ISS implemented services compliant with traffic safety regulation, passenger transportation organization rules, emergency response plans, and standardized work requirements. Whether it is during daily commuting or a surging holiday traffic, we are committed to creating an extraordinary experience for passengers and guarding the high-speed operation of Shenzhen.
Providing regular training of gracious services
In the past year, ISS onsite team has continuously received recognition from Shenzhen Public Security Bureau Transportation Branch, MTR Shenzhen Station MTR and the public. We have also received gratitude from Shenzhen citizens to thanks the team for their kindly help.
Though regular meetings and trainings, we commended employees for their outstanding contribution, such as passing mystery shopper inspections, receiving high-star certificate, and returning lost money. All these achievements were celebrated through Apple Awards, Hero Awards and Outstanding Project Awards, presented by ISS.
Conducting proactive preventions for passengers, amid Covid
There was large-scale transportation during the Spring Festival. The infection risk of getting Covid was high, especially travelling between regions, urban and rural areas. Cooperated with MTR, ISS onsite team has put the epidemic prevention and control as the top priority in this period, to ensure everyone having a heathy travel and enjoying the family reunion.
