Service excellence for our Global Key Accounts
This 10-month customised programme has been developed especially around the profile, skills, competencies and capabilities of our Global Key Account Directors. It is a further step in their development journey to deliver Key Account Excellence – building on our Key Account Manager Certification Programme and enabling them to drive global and strategic leadership to ensure and exceed expected enterprise outcomes.
Driving customer centricity
“Global Key Accounts are at the heart of our OneISS strategy as our Key Account Managers and Directors touch base with our customers daily – making sure that they continuously experience our promise of people making places,’’ explains Vered Gilboa, People and Culture Director for Global Key Accounts and key driver of the programme.
‘’Our Global Key Account teams represent market leading talent, best-in-class integrated delivery and are the first movers in implementing and delivering new technology and products. They are ambassadors of the enterprise – driving customer centricity and delivering firm enhancing results in complex commercial environments.”
