• Energy Consultancy and Optimization - based on monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and diagnosing energy emissions of buildings and workplaces, ISS first identifies the potential for energy conservation. Thanks to its familiarity with the customer's workplace, ISS can offer strategies to reduce carbon footprint and drive cost savings considering the overall situation to improve the workplace experience while effectively managing risks.

   

• Technical and Capital Projects – benefiting from the existing Technical Services and Project Management services with global best practices, ISS can offer energy-saving measures covering 8 major energy systems including water systems, HVAC systems, boiler and steam systems, building management systems, and compressed air systems to help customers reduce energy emissions and cut carbon footprints.

   

• Daily Operation supported by Site Teams - through statistical analysis of energy consumption data, energy efficiency trend analysis, abnormal tracking and handling, and emergency management of energy systems, on-site ISS staff are trained to actively pay attention to reduce energy consumption and continuously look for improvement opportunities. The daily energy consumption management focuses on planning, execution, statistics and analysis to minimize the suspension and failure of asset, ensure the stable operation of critical production facilities and equipment and meet the client’s operation and maintenance needs.

Under the direction of its key account strategy, ISS is helping a global banking client to implement a building energy optimization project, with plans to achieve over 100 GWh of energy savings for over 70 sites in 11 countries within 5 years. The ISS Energy Management team has adopted Sustainability@ISS, an automated approach for data collection and analysis to identify energy-saving opportunities. In the first 10 months of the project, ISS has helped the customer achieve more than 4GWh of energy savings, which, at current rates, is equivalent to more than ￡1 million in costs.

In another case, ISS has reduced 20% energy consumption for a leading pharmaceutical enterprise by adopting AI control modules to transform high-efficient generator rooms in cooling station, providing energy audit services with detailed solutions for energy conservation and carbon emission reduction.”
