Decisions regarding the ISS Group's strategy and financing are the responsibility of ISS Holding A/S and its two subsidiaries ISS A/S and ISS Global A/S.

The Board of Directors and the Executive Management of ISS Holding A/S, ISS A/S and ISS Global A/S are identical.
