Operating model
The ISS Group operating model is country based. For most of ISS’ business, a
local presence, market understanding and network are believed to be so important
that a country-based organization is most appropriate.
The ISS Group also operates with a second organizational dimension
within specific service segments. The service dimension ensures cross-boarder
knowledge sharing and service development.
